Failing first molar, immediate extraction and implant placement. Osteotomies with Versah to help with anchorage in the furcation. Molar implant is Noris medical TUFF-TT (taper top) to allow for bone envelopment and platform switch. No releasing incision just flap stretch to achieve primary closure. Graft with bond apatite (Augma red). Sutures are PGA (not my favorite but Patient insisted).
